These terms apply when you book a tour on the Zipline Manuel Antonio website. By booking, you accept them. If anything is unclear, write to reservations@ziplinemanuelantonio.com before you book.
Your booking
Your booking is confirmed when you receive our confirmation email. Check the date, the time, the number of guests and the meeting point in that email, and arrive at the meeting point on time.
Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars (USD). The booking page shows the total before you pay.
Changes and cancellations
Our Cancellation Policy explains how to change or cancel a booking and what is refunded.
Weather and safety
The crew decides whether conditions are safe. If we cancel a tour for weather or safety, we contact you to arrange another date or a refund.
Your health and conduct
Tell us before you book about any health condition, injury or pregnancy that could affect your safety. Follow the guides’ safety instructions at all times. The guides may refuse a guest who is under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or who puts others at risk.
Outdoor activities carry some risk. We recommend travel insurance.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Costa Rica.
